Sources first
We rely on researchers and trusted health organizations. Every guide lists its references, and every summary points to its original source.
About
anotherlife.today exists to help people recover attention, time, presence, and depth—without turning digital wellbeing into punishment.
01About
Most advice about screen time focuses on limits. We focus on understanding: the needs behind the scroll, the design that keeps us there, and small changes that last.
02Coming soon
Team profiles are coming soon. This is where we will introduce the people who write and review the content.
03Editorial standards
We rely on researchers and trusted health organizations. Every guide lists its references, and every summary points to its original source.
Our own guides are written by the anotherlife.today team from published research. Every claim has a numbered reference, and each guide shows when it was last updated.
High: reviews of many studies, large experiments, long-term studies or official data. Medium: useful studies with real limits, such as a small sample. Lower: press reports or commercial surveys, used only for context.
Summaries of other publishers’ work are written independently. We do not copy their full text.
When research shows an association, we say so, and we do not present it as proof of cause.
Educational guidance, not diagnosis or medical care.
04Trust
This site has no accounts and no forms, and it stores nothing in your browser.
Video previews come from YouTube’s image server, and the player loads only when you press Play. Fonts are served from this site.
05Where to find help
If your phone use is affecting your sleep, mood, relationships, school, or work, talking to someone can help. A family doctor, a mental health professional, or a school counselor is a good place to start.
If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, contact your local emergency services right away.
anotherlife.today offers educational guidance only. It cannot replace professional care.
